These three identical 38 floor towers with 1736 High Rise Condo Hotel  unit total , each tower consist of 576 fully furnished High Rise Condos each with studio and one bedroom floor plans . Owners have an option to collect rental income when they're away by listing their condo with the MGM Grand Hotel owner in-house rental program . This places their unit into the hotel's room inventory to be used as in house rental luxury suites by The Signature when they are not occupied by the owner. The owner, minus fees for hotel maintenance, marketing, and upkeep, receives a split of the rental rate of the owner's unit.
